Drying tunnel – Pet food Doypack
Stand-up pouch, also known as Doypack, is a type of flexible packaging which is able to stand erect on its bottom for display, storage and use thanks to the gusseted profile.
In the drying process that follows sanitation/washing, particular attention must be paid to this reinforced part, which is characterised by folds and indentations that facilitate the stagnation of water drops.
Apply manufactures a drying tunnel for pet-food customer with following components and technical features:
- Master Blower 2300; 11 Kw; 500-2300 mc/h
- Two-outlet fitting: 100 mm diameter
Each of the two outlets bifurcates into four 76 mm diameter pipes
- The tubes connect to the air blades.
Length is dimensioned to the conveyor belt: 110 mm;
